Forever

Yes, The Lord is always faithful. Forever and ever. He never fails. He will never leave us or forsake us.

 

Good Morning

Thank you, Lord for waking me up another day. Today will be our clean-up day here at Willow Brook Assisted Living where I live. Not sure what that means, but it's on the calendar. Tonight is our midweek service at Pentecostal of Traverse City. Even though I live in Florida I try to listen to it on my phone or laptop. POTC was my church when I lived in Traverse City many years ago. Of course, I remember many of the church members. Most of them have grown up since I last saw them and a few have passed on to be with The Lord.

Love

  "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

Plans

 God has plans for each of us. Plans to make us stronger, plans to give us hope.

Rooted in Jesus

 "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, Rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." Colossians 2:6-7

I will never forget the day I was saved. It was also cannot forget the day I was baptized. Afterwards I received the Holy Ghost.

God Cares

 Yes, God cares about everyone in the whole world. He loved us enough to send Jesus to die for us to save us from our sins.

 "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6

Spring is coming

Yes. Spring is coming. I don't care what that silly gopher said. Spring will be here soon.

"Ask the Lord for rain in the springtime. It
     is the Lord who sends the thunderstorms.
He gives showers of rain to all people,
    and plants of the field to everyone." Zechariah 10:1

 

Love

Valentine's Day is the day for love. That's what they say, but people should love every day. Love never fails.by Tricia

God chose us

 

 "Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.  God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure."

Ephesians 1:4-5

Yes, God chose me before I believed and before I was baptized. Not only me, but everyone. It would be great if everyone would accept this and love the Lord and serve him.

The Lord is always there. Just pray and read his word the bible and you will find answers. Talking with other Christians and going to church helps too.

Care

 

No matter what problems you have. Just give them to The Lord and he will take care of them.

Saved by grace

 

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." Ephesians 2:8

No, we cannot save ourselves. Only Jesus can save us. That is only by the grace of God.

Love

This is the month for Valentine's Day the day of love. We need to love every day. Not with flowers and gifts, but with kindness and patience.

  “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35

Do not be afraid

 

There is no reason to fear when you know The Lord because you know that he is always with you. He will keep you safe.
